Sensory Repatterning
We all have holding patterns we have adopted over the course of our lives. Sensory Repatterning is a modality that utilizes intentional motion of the skeleton to assist the client in their own ability to repattern mechanical and/or limiting habits they may hold on an emotional, mental, and physical level. This modality does not include any manipulation of the fascia, but rather, implements slow motion and undulation techniques to address its four main principles of Time, Gravity, the Skeleton, and the Wave. Benefits of this work can include, but are not limited to: improved joint health and circulation, stimulation of brain activity and creativity, stimulation of the flow of one’s vital energy, or ch’i, and access to new perspectives. This service can be provided with the client undressed or fully clothed.
